Attention Patients & Community Members:

Your local PCN is still available to support you at this time. We are pleased to continue to offer our services to our clients, with slight changes due to COVID.

We are offering booked appointments either In Person or Over the Phone, there are no Walk-In appointments available at this time.

COVID screening is done at entrance, and all patients are provided with a mask to wear while in our building. Physical distancing is being maintained in our clinic and specialized cleaning is done before and after each patient visit.

Who can attend the appointment?

We continue to limit the number of people in our building as COVID restrictions remain in place. Patients who arrive for their appointment with a support person should be aware that they may be asked to wait outside the building, depending on the patient’s needs.

Please feel free to contact us at (780) 312-2500 if you have questions or concerns so we can support you during this challenging time.

NOTE:  If you are experiencing symptoms like cough, fever, runny nose, or sore throat, please do not come into the clinic. Click on the link below for more information.

Thank You
